Tools we built from the work.
Three tools that came out of our engagements, built because we kept doing the same work by hand.
Three tools, one job each.
Some you can use on your own today; the rest we run with you inside an engagement.

Blueprint
A self-service assessment of a company's data, cloud and AI readiness, scored against peers.
Operating partners run it on a portfolio company on their own schedule, with no sales call. The guided questionnaire takes about ten minutes, needs no access to the company's systems, and returns benchmarked scores with ranked recommendations a deal team can share.
- A guided questionnaire, about ten minutes, from any browser
- Scored against comparable companies by sector and scale
- Read-only: no environment access, no data pulled from the company
- Blueprint Scan, a read-only scan of Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric environments, is coming next

- Microsoft Fabric
Readout
Portfolio monitoring that reads whatever your companies already send.
Board decks, KPI spreadsheets, ERP exports and emails go in; one governed picture of the portfolio comes out, measured against budget and against each deal's thesis. This is the production-grade version: every number is checked before it publishes, and says what it is based on and how fresh it is.
- A portfolio dashboard: KPIs against budget and against the deal thesis, plus the risks and action items raised in board meetings
- Every number cross-checked before it publishes, with a review queue for anything the checks cannot defend
- An agent your team questions in plain English in Slack, Teams or the browser, every answer citing its source document and page
- Runs in our Databricks account or yours, and you can move it into yours at any time

- Power BI
- Workday
- QuickBooks
Ignite
The Databricks starter we deploy into your repository at the start of a build.
A new pipeline, job or table starts from one command with tests, docs and CI already wired, so a new data team works in a pattern a junior engineer can follow from week one. You own the code it produces, with no licence fee.
- Terraform for the cloud resources, workspaces, Unity Catalog and policies
- Project templates for pipelines, jobs and tables, with tests and docs built in
- CI/CD with gated promotion from Dev to QA to Prod
- A catalog and governance taxonomy and operations runbooks, set to your naming and standards

- Terraform
- Azure DevOps
- GitHub
