He works with executives and investment leaders to take AI from experimentation into production. Earlier, he founded and scaled two venture-backed SaaS companies, one acquired by Monster, the other by a private equity firm.

Colin Van Dyke
CTO and co-founder
Colin has spent more than 16 years designing and running large-scale cloud data programs at high-growth startups and global enterprises. Most recently he led the build of enterprise machine learning systems for a Fortune 100 bank, covering model deployment, governance and real-time data processing. Before that, he designed cloud-native data platforms and modernized legacy systems on Databricks, Snowflake and streaming architectures.

Dean Cirielli
VP of Engineering
Dean has more than 19 years of experience across data, cloud and analytics, specializing in big data and cloud architecture. He has moved legacy systems onto unified cloud data platforms and put predictive and real-time analytics into operational workflows. He now builds generative and agentic systems for private equity and financial services: deal sourcing, portfolio monitoring and operational reporting.

Rizwan Yousuf
VP of Data and AI
Rizwan has more than 20 years of experience in AI, data and cloud for enterprise organizations, with depth in DevOps, MLOps, machine learning and advanced analytics. He has architected intelligent document processing with NLP, built predictive analytics for claims processing and fraud detection, and designed cloud-native data platforms at petabyte scale across AWS, Azure and GCP.
